Having got all necessary details of the case in 3D-environment I’ve been engaged in carrying them into 2D-drawings. Here it was necessary to remeasure once again all dimensions up to millimeter and to draw each detail in CorelDraw.

Small digression:
• The choice of CorelDraw is caused only by a choice of office making laser cutting of acryl. At making of drawings it is necessary not only to make all the sizes identically, well, and to take into account the fact, that the laser cuts in planar way, hence it is not necessary even to think about any bevels, corners. Besides it is possible to estimate less or more the consumption of plastic and consequently the price per area. And to estimate length of the cutting and total cost it would be necessary to use calculator:) As a rule in respectful office your drawings will be economically spread out on the sheet of plastic, will remove excessive lines at overlapping of elements and will make necessary work on reduction of expenses. I managed to find such office which succeeded to execute my order for 150$ with account of cutting and plastic, so the other more promoted and advertised firm requested about 200$ only for cutting of customer plastic which I still should have found and delivered. So having dared to use laser cutting in modding, I advise to surf in Internet and to find the firm necessary to you. As an advice I can tell the following - be not too lazy after making drawings to check it up once again, draw them in 3D and check once again whether you have received what you wanted. It will save not only your nerves but also the material:)

  Already at the stage of making drawings I was struck by idea of production of two additional decorative disks of black 3 mm plastic with cut out words suitable most of all for the idea – subject of the custom “RADIOACTIVE BIOHAZARD TOP SECRET EYES ONLY”. In a week of designing the drawings were given to cutting and received in two days as complete elements.
