    As you could have noticed, the pipe ends after the process of unbinding become, to put it mildly, not exactly cylindrical what makes worse the heat contact of the pipe and thermal block \ radiator. This can be improved with the help of a simple gadget. You need two thick aluminium plates and standard set of tools for drilling canals for pipes. After half an hour of work, you get such a thing:
 

    Put the pipe inside and process it with a hammer from above, at that the pipe is rotated with a free hand in order to hammer it all round.

    To tell the truth, there is one nuance: measurement of the processed parts of the pipes with a slide gage shows that their diameter is for some reason less than usual five millimeters. Thus, don’t pay attention to my previous words that final drill must be 5.1 mm – pipes in such canal are “loose”. In case of 2HC2 pipes finish drilling with a 5 mm drill.
