  Frame of the case
  For making the basic frame the wooden bar 20х40 has been bought with length of two meters in the number of three pieces. I’ve bought the wooden panel 300х1600х20 a little bit later. After small calculating the necessary estimates were carried out on which basis the sawing was made. The basic frame made 420х200х750 mm (depth-width-height) by maximum dimensions. Proceeding from this there was made sawing of the panel 300х420 mm, so at the edges the panel protrudes beyond the lateral edges of the frame for best stability of construction and making the form, as if the support is separate of the case. Corners of the panel have been rounded by electric fret saw and finished with sandpaper. The entire assembly was made with conventional screws, which were screwed until deepened into the wood along with the head. For improvement of adhesiveness the abutting surfaces were coated with glue "Moment". Some parts of the frame have been assembled not only with drift-screws but also with steel angle for strength. Same angles have been used for fixing control panel and outer steel chromeplated handles - nevertheless the case is rather sized and it’s rather difficult to park it. Four spherical supports have been fixed on the bottom panel. I’ve chosen exactly such kind, as they possessed the greater lifting weight due to the bearing built-in in the axis. 

  Accessories
  Subwoofer has lost its rubber legs and it is fixed to the bottom with screws directly in the case by bottom and in addition by back wall to the frame coupling. It allowed fixing for protection from all possible vibrations and inclinations during work. For fixing motherboard and expansion boards there was used the scrap of the cheapest most usual case (900 roubles along with power unit and packing). The back metal plate of PCI-boards fixing is attached to the frame with fine screws and the panel for motherboard is fixed to it. For free hanging part it was necessary to install additionally the strip between the top and middle coupling of the frame. The power unit is fixed on two bolts to the panel of motherboard with additional supporting strip-coupling between lateral walls. As a result all accessories appeared to be densely installed, at the same time it allowed to make assembly/disassembly/installation of accessories easily.
