   Let’s open the box. The case is packed not only in polyethylene package but also in additional cushioning package, and also fixed with two foam straps. The color polygraphic folding booklet in several languages (except for Russian) is removed in the bottom in packages and besides sealed in its own polyethylene package. But we put aside the instruction (we are not lamers, we are modders), unpack packages and at last get the case.

     
   Small case of economical size of grey steel color. On the left side - two grids for ventilation. Right side is plain and flat. All walls are provided with locks that facilitates closing and opening of the case. The back side demonstrated that there have already been preinstalled 120 mm fan and power unit. The front door closing the front panel is made of thick milled aluminium with three incut steel disks provided with acryl rings with illumination. Having opened the door one finds out 4 slots for drives closed with plugs, right under them - two slots for disk drives. The big perforated panel is at the very bottom. Buttons and indicators are to the right of small slots together with the hinges of the door. From the left side slightly displaced downwards there are 4 USB sockets, output of headphones and microphone... Here first shocks starting. Despite of indication on the box IEEE socket is not found on the wall, though the place for it is obviously prepared. One more shock, but this time a pleasant one, gave the door. First, the door easily opens to 270 degrees and at request it completely nestles on the right side of the case. “At request” for the wire of illumination of the front panel is obviously provided with a spring and the door itself tends to be closed. Besides, two protruded columns are provided with rubber shock absorbers, which excludes any sound at closing at all. The door has a small gap because of the double hinge of such big radius of opening. The lock of door retention is made of steel - it holds the door well and strong - self-opening is excluded at all - I checked this by turning the case upside down.
