   Pay attention to aluminium plate between the heat removers. This trivial detail saves heat pipes from deformation under the copper ingots weight. From this very moment all manipulations with the modded device become much easier, you can perform them with one hand (this was impossible before because you could cause the pipes bind..).
Next stage of the work is not less important. We’ll deal with the chipset. Remove radiator. There is one fine point here. The matter is that the radiator is glued directly to the chip crystal with special hot adhesive. This hot adhesive looks like a chewing-gum by its consistency and holds the radiator strongly enough. It’s not difficult to take radiator off. You should heat it a bit (for example, with soldering iron) and detach with rotational movement by hand. Wash off the rest of the adhesive with dissolvent.
   Second stage. We must make the crystal protection from damage. The point is that the chip crystal size is only 10*10 mm and we’ll fix a massive copper bar to it taking the risk of splitting it… In short, don’t neglect this preventive measure. It will take you only ten minutes. Roll a thin piece of half congealed epoxy and place it around the chip crystal. Then, cover it with a piece of polyethylene since resin doesn’t stick to it, and press it with an ideally flat subject, for example with a piece of glass.
 

It’s convenient to use cold welding instead of epoxy.
 

Put a small load through the polyethylene. It’s better to brace it with a cramp instead of load.
