Then, select suitable aluminium workpiece of 2 mm thickness, outline the patterns with marking awl, saw them out, and drill the holes. Next, grind edges of the component parts with a file, bevel the holes and wash the omnipresent shavings and filings out with water and soap.
Attach ready radiators carefully to the video adapter. Check once more accuracy of manufacture. Plane or bend the plate if it’s necessary; it must join tightly the cooled components and don’t reach at least 1 mm to other radio components.
We need small screws and insulating spacers for final assembling. Rubber rings appeared to be very convenient spacers. You can easily buy them in a shop of auto spare parts. 10 spacers are enough; here expenses finish.

All began when one day my neighbour, he is Automatic Control Engineer, came and started to beg me to give him one diode. When I asked him why, he typed modding in a search engine. And it had a great effect on me. I was sick about it. Maybe there is nothing accidental in the world and this modding seed fell into good soil. All my life I was interested in design.
