Braze diodes to our disks. Polished stainless steel is hardly brazed; it can be brazed only with acid. Places for brazing should be rounded with broach file. Put the leads through vinyl pipe and put them out.
 

   Check its workability because you can’t braze diodes when you put them in epoxy. After brazing you should wash the reflector with spirit to make normal sticking of the resin.
 

  Break up the resin in needed proportion and pour it into molds. Some words about epoxy. When mixing with hardener keep to a proportion recommended by manufacturer, otherwise resin can heat up and melt down plastic cup or it couldn’t harden. There are some kinds of epoxy that are not transparent after hardening, they are not suitable for us, consult a salesman.
