Ну однозначно сказать сложно. Везде разные ошибки.
Для начала сделайте следующее:
1. Выполните проверку целостности системных файлов. В командной строке выполнить sfc /scannow
2. Прорвете оператинвую память
3. Обновите/переустановите драйвер сетевой карты.
4. Также попробуйте это решение
