Home-made case for fanless computer.

   Having fastened the case wall to the workbench, start polishing it smoothly along the whole sheet surface until all imperfections are eliminated. I emphasize that you should process the whole surface smoothly. Be careful polishing the sheet edges not to spoil the angles… I don’t think it’s necessary to describe the technique of processing in detail.., you’ll see everything when you take the tools in your hand.

 
   I’ve already mentioned that it’s very difficult to shoot shining aluminium… the photos don’t give the objective picture. Perfectly plain and beautiful surface doesn’t look nice in the photos…

   By the way, concerning safety regulations… Angle grinder can make deep and slowly healed wounds. The wound looks like an abrasion in the photo. In practice it still hasn’t healed and I’ll have a scar for the rest of my life… I could even lose my finger… I’ve already written about angle grinder operation as well as about safety rules.
