Все файлы зашифрованы CRYPT
 

Пару лет назад на одном из компов похоже взломав RDP был запущен шифровальщик, который зашифровал все файлы, кроме системных, причём ему пофигу что шифровать, шифрует всё подряд и DLL, и EXE, и всё-всё... Тогда мы не смогли с ним справиться и оставили файлы до лучших времён, может сейчас уже нашёлся способ расшифровать всё зашифрованное?

Шифровальщик в каждой зашифрованной папке создал файлик с содержимым:
