По умолчанию Cisco Linksys WAG120N. Как прошить?

Здравствуйте. Проблема с Cisco Linksys WAG120N. При включении мигает индикатор питания. Подключил JTAG кабель, лог загрузки модема внизу. Невидет лан-кабель и не пингуется. Думаю что дело в прошивке, помогите прошить его через COM-порт.
